Tracking Information
All orders include tracking:

International Shipping & Customs

FashionbyVLouis has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimates before placing your order.
Refusal of delivery due to customs fees: If you refuse delivery to avoid customs charges, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, any return shipping fees, and customs charges incurred.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all countries listed above. We do not ship to:
- PO Boxes (for certain carriers)
- Military addresses (APO/FPO) - please contact us for options
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Packages:
- If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building management
- Contact us within 7 days if your package is marked delivered but not received
- We will work with the carrier to investigate
Damaged Packages:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- If the package appears damaged, photograph it before opening
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
Address Changes
- Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address
- Contact us immediately at support@fashionbyvlouis.com if you need to update your shipping address.
